It was very nice stay. I would definitely come back. The room itself was very big, we didn't expect it. The service was excellent! Right after our check in we called down and asked about a tooth paste and tooth brushes because didn't have ones. A front desk agent delivered the items in 10 minutes. The next morning we requested two spoons. We've got them in 5 minutes. The only thing that confused us was a cup with a coffee spot...I expected that housekeepers might clean cups after every guest, so they couldn't find any dirty spots. Overall, it was wonderful stay. Thank you very much! :-)

It was a very clean hotel and all the staff were lots of help and very friendly. Good and service in the restaurant was great as well Good parking as my wife and I had 2 vehicles here with no problem for parking. I would stay here again. Thanks again for everything during our stay. Cheers

Check-in was great. They looked up my reservation and confirmed, Took imprint of my credit card and hand me my door keys. Quick and simple.
The room was clean and orderly.
They have a new food service and I tried it out for breakfast and dinner. Food was good and the service was excellent.
Check out was smooth and fast.

This is a great hotel for anyone who is going to be Burnaby, BC for long or short term stays. The most important thing is I am work in construction and will usually be in one place for 5 to 6 weeks. I stayed in one of their 2 room suites great price, it was so clean and the cleaning staff are so good nice and always clean my room so well. The hotel has a great atmosphere, the staff is very knowledgeable about the area and can answer all your questions you have. I was looking for a sushi restaurant and was advised to go to "California Sushi" it was the best I have ever had and I am from Los Angeles. This hotel is a great stay for business or families. I would bring my own family there and stay.

Conveniently located, nice place, with great customer service. Darryl was incredibly helpful considering the airline that I flew with was so problematic after losing my luggage on a short flight. He took a bad situation and made it great. Thank you!
