Desk clerk was great since we did not have a reservation and w e had not stayed at a Great Western Motel in a long time. She got us a room and enrolled us in the reward program. The stay was great and the breakfast was good

Love staying here when visiting my son at college! The hotel is centrally located to campus and the shopping center. The river is just across the road and makes a neat walk from the hotel. The staff is always friendly and courteous.

I stayed 1 night and was charged for 2. I've made multiple calls to hotel and even called corporate. Manager/owner is never there and does not return calls. Still no refund. It's been a week. DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD!

Love the best western but this one really needs to take the carpets out of the pet friendly rooms other then that it was a really nice hotel I would stay there again just wouldn’t stay with my dog again not unless they remove the carpet

Stayed here after a very disappointing night elsewhere at an "upscale" chain. Everything was better here at the BW!
Everything was bright and cheery and worked like it was supposed to. The pool was spotless with pool towels provided. Everything in the room worked like it was supposed to. Location is very close to Georgetown Square and could be considered walking distance (+/- 8-9 blocks) for those with time and/or less lazy than myself. Buffet was good, not great, and the only reason I might knock off 1/2 a star. Love the BW-Texas waffles. We will stay here again.
