A good choice

I have stayed here before. My room was clean and the bed was big and comfortable. It is close to the Flyaway Shuttle stop, LA Metro, and Hollywood Boulevard if you want to be a tourist. If you don't want to be a tourist there are two good bars east along Franklin Ave (Birds, and Franklin and Company), and an excellent supermarket (Gelson's). These are 5 minutes walk away.
Perfect place to stay for Hamilton attendees!

Checked in the day of the performance and the polite and helpful check in staff gave us a map of places we could walk to... Hollywood and Vine, The Pantages, Grauman's Chinese Theater, even a great grocery store! Once we parked with the valet we didn't need out car or Uber. Would have loved more time to look at the amazing collection of photos and autographs that lined the hotel halls. The room was comfortable and quiet ins spite of facing the street. Next time we will stay longer so we can enjoy this very cool Hollywood hotel.

Highly recommend if you want to be close to everything in Hollywood. Just 5 minutes walk from Hollywood Walk of Fame and Hollywood Vine Metro station. Rooms are good sized and have all the amenities. Bed was comfortable. Really nice decor with photos of old Hollywood legends. Loved seeing all the memorabilia. I used valet parking and worth it. Attendant was nice! Would definitely stay at this location again. Thank you BWHH.
Comfortable hotel

We had a large room which was very comfortable. It was a very quiet hotel at night. We found the staff to be very helpful and were prepared to 'go the extra mile' to assist. They also booked us a tour.
The underground station is about 5 minutes walk. You can catch a bus to the airport nearby. I would recommend that if you arrive at night, that you take a taxi from the station as we did not feel safe in the surrounding area when it was dark.
I would recommend a nearby restaurant called 'Thai Pepper' which is on the same road for an inexpensive but delicious meal in the evenings.
Wish I had more time

I found this hotel on line. I selected it for it's location to an event I was attending. I had no idea what to expect. To my surprise it was a very quaint hotel. The room was nice, cute little kitchenette, spacious bathroom and the bed was so comfortable. The memorabilia on the walls of the hotel and in the room took me on a journey of my childhood. I definitely plan on staying again.
