The room was spacious. Bed was comfy but my room smelled like smoke. It's a non smoking hotel?!? Hmm The food in the restaurant was fantastic and very reasonably priced $11 for crab cake. Big surprise! It was convient located to go where you needed to go. Weird because it's in a industrial area and a BJ's there. But I felt very secure as I am a female traveling alone which is a bonus in my book.

Old facilities and room. Sofa is very dirty we didn't even try to sit there as it look very filthy. AC is old and makes loud noise. Hotel didn't provide sleepers. Room is dark and need to be remodel.
Toilet and bath amenities are good. Good thing blankets and sheets are clean.

I have previously written well of this location, but no longer recommend. It's a perfect location and provides easy shuttle system to and from the port for cruises, leaving car in their parking lot with park and cruise package. We love that! Associated KD transportation company was very helpful, prompt and maintained excellent communications prior to cruise. And bus was ready and waiting as soon as we get off ship for fast return to our car. But hotel is increasingly dated. Free breakfast buffet was acceptable, but dining room is dreary and dingy. The dinner buffet for added cost was dreadful and not very appealing. Bed has long since seen good days. Both of us woke with back spasms which ruined our cruise trip. AC/heating unit in room was poorly maintained and triggered a major allergic reaction for me, further spoiling our cruise and return home as well as medical expenses. Window does not open for fresh air. Employees at front desk are friendly, but not very helpful ... provided inaccurate information about the transportation.

Hotel is located near freeways and a new mall. Large spacious parking lot. Hotel is well positioned to conduct your business or purpose. Nice view of the city from the higher rooms along with breakfast made this a pleasant and worthwhile stay.

This hotel is an awful trucker motel on the side of the highway in the middle of an abandoned area. There is nothing around here and the hotel it's self is run down featuring tape holding the lamps together, cob webs on the ceiling and low pressure toilets. There appears to be a large contingent of people who just live in the hotel walking glassy eyed in the halls. Despite this horrible hotel, for some reason there were a lot of families staying there. The restaurant is also surprisingly good.
