Stayed one night due to a power outage on a very hot stormy night at our family's house that we were visiting. Check-in was a bit complicated since it was a last minute online reservation but everything was straightened out by the time we checked out the next morning. Clean and comfortable rooms. Centralized location within walking distance of the Cathedral, Lomita and Paseo Del Angel where you can find a variety of restaurants and bars with a great lively atmosphere.

They lie, they want to charge more than agreed and they dont stand by their word. I would never recommend to stay in this hotel to any person, ever. I cant understand how they are in business. One hour thirty minutes to check in. They changed our room in the middle of our stay. They did not stand by their offer of breakfast included.

This hotel was not welcoming. They were rude in the front desk. We left and went to lucerna way better for the extra money you'll spend you get treated with great hospitality from all there staff. However the bell boy at San Marcos was really nice, the girls in the front desk weren't. Hotel very outdated as well.

Great location! The torta place next door is delicious!! Very well recommend that. The hotel itself is nice. The rooms are nice and comfy as well. I highly recommend it for the next visit :) staff was wonderful as well

The room was incredibly comfortable, amazing comfy bed with tons of pillows. Large bathroom. Great food and restaurant. Loved it! Very quiet, soundproof rooms for real lol. Definitely the best luxury hotel around. I actually have no complaints at all about this place a truly recommend it.
