A pleasant place to stay
sharonhZ4692JZon 20/11/2017 20:49Overall, this was a pleasant place to spend the night as a break between a two-day road trip. I was surprised at the number of amenities available, and the willingness of the (very friendly) staff to accommodate my needs. The room was surprisingly clean for a pet-friendly hotel - a definite "plus." I would have given this five stars if the bathroom had been cleaner. The soap dish was dirty, the fixtures had dirty, soapy fingerprints, and there was hair in the sink and the tub. The main room had obviously not been dusted in a long time, but the bed was clean, which is what I care about the most. There was a nice assortment of food available at breakfast - even gluten-free items were available! My only negative comment about breakfast is that the scrambled eggs were too salty. I will definitely stay here again, and hopefully next time I will have time to enjoy more amenities, like the pool and the fitness center. They even have a laundry room available, and complimentary beverages/snacks 24-hours a day! Thanks for a nice stay!

H7008AHrichardwon 18/11/2017 12:42just the finest of best western motels. we stayed in a similar best western in rapid city, sd this year while on vacation it was ok but the best western in lexington, blew it away as far as location . friendlyness closeness to parking, wonderful free breakfast, and cleanness.

Friendly Staff and nice location
MamaGX4on 15/11/2017 15:42Stayed here one night while driving through Virginia on a leisure trip. Chose the hotel due to its pet friendly rating. Check in was extremely easy. Nice to be recognized as a Diamond member. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the AM was very good; lots of fresh fruit, including pink grapefruit, my favorite! Easy on and off the Interstate. Gas station located near by, as is a small strip mall, with a Walmart.

John Lon 14/11/2017 23:38Outstanding describes the helpful and friendly staff at this best western plus. It also describes the facility inside & out and its amenities & wonderful breakfast. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly. Check out was a warm welcome in the morning as well.
