No issues. Enjoyed the stay. Staff were nice and accommodative and service was good. Free breakfast, parking and wifi included. Has fitness room and close to metro town mall, skytrain station, and public transportation.

Fantastic front desk - friendly and caring and they know who I am! Kitchen staff - Always helpful and friendly. Comfortable, Affordable and Safe place to stay. Like that I can see my vehicle when I park. My go to hotel in Burnaby!

Very clean comfortable hotel ,well located for shopping ,with lots of restaurants nearby. Unable to use outdoor pool due to the weather. Good breakfast included and very popular Chinese Restaurant adjoining motel.

Our overall experience at this hotel was a pleasure. We enjoyed our time here and the breakfast was good. The location is close to everywhere in Vancouver. Only a 30 minute drive to downtown and Cypress Mountain. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in town.

The rooms were a good size and I loved that breakfast was included. There was a good selection however, it was the same every day. The décor was a little outdated but what I liked best was that it was in close proximity of the MetroTown Mall, the Skytrain and on a major roadway for catching the transit
