Great location. For Business in Lagos / IKEJA ,Safe location/ hotel and people friendly/professional.
Great Buffets & Pub at pool side , so great to relax there after a hard business journey in Lagos or states around Lagos
Big Room , clean and GYM too available ...

Made enquiry per using their Victoria island branch Lagos for my wedding. We exchanged emails while I was in London. I visited their office upon my arrival to Nigeria. I was given a break down of costs and the list of things that they would offer. I sent an acknowledgement email, to my surprise, they back down on their offer. They were unapologetic even though I have it in paper. I called and also forwarded previous emails where they agreed to some things e.g allowing me bring my own drinks if I paid 50,000 naira etc. What a terrible and stressful experience.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. They wasted my time. I am back to square one looking for an alternative venue when my wedding is in July.
The GM Anita assured me that she'd get someone to handle my query but she never did. I thought best western hotel was an international hotel.
Very appalling service.

Booked in to stay for a week but left after a night.
Mildew all over bathroom
Air conditioning didn't work
Dirty corridors
Substandard food in restaurant
Staff tried to help, but it doesn't come close to its international contemporaries.

The food was very oily and very locally biased , dinner dishes offered for breakfast ?and sub standard pastries.
Most days breakfast dishes ran out and staff were few and slow to respond.Ibis had superior breakfast for half the price

The property offers very decent 3-star accommodation with generous amenities in the rooms. Great offer and comfort for business and leisure.However, they need to improve on their menu...choices are quite limited.
