This Hotel is overrated and due for a remodel. If you want a good experience, choose another hotel. Overall cleanliness is poor, and the room I stayed in had six things that needed attention. Poor value for the $.

When you spend over $100 you expect to go into a clean room. That did not happen. At check in the young lady at the front desk said let me go make sure your room is ready. She came back and she said you’re good to go. When we got in the room the carpet had a huge stain and it smelled. We didn’t realize until later that the carpet was wet. There was A lot of dust in the room. The desks, the headboard, dresser, tv stand etc had a lot of dust. I cleaned that with some clorox wipes. My sheets and pillow case had dirt/stains on them. This was really a bad experience.

We arrived at 11:30pm after a long day on the road. The hotel was sold out except for one room that needed cleaning so the front desk person cleaned the room while we waited so we could stay. We so appreciated her giving the extra service so we could stay and not have to find another hotel as we love BW! The room and especially the bed was excellent for a restful night.

We stayed for 3 nights while visiting the area. The staff were not helpful and the room was not clean. We needed to stay one additional day to work on some things in the area. After being told we were booked for an additional day, we were told the next morning we had to check out because the hotel was full. This did not bother us a lot because we had such a poor experience anyway. I would recommend traveling further up the highway and book somewhere else if possible.

Best Western has really stepped up its game. My travel companion was reluctant to stay here but we checked the price online and agreed to look. The staff was efficient and helpful. The rooms were clean, we had free wifi and the check in/check out was simple. Great room at a great price.
