The worst hotel stay in the past 20 years! Avoid it like the plague
Jonas Oon 19/08/2017 03:00Rude staff. They don't treat you like a guest, the treat you like cattle. I cancelled my reservation for the return trip. I will not ever stay there again, not even if it was free!
The hotel was empty (I now know why), the air conditioning was not up to par. The only good thing was the guy guarding the parking lot
Good Value and comfortable room
Anne Bon 11/08/2017 22:53The hotel is comfortable and the staff is easy to deal with. The location was great for our visit to the National Charros youth Competition. The hotel was really busy so we only had breakfast one morning because it was so busy. Other than breakfast, I wouldn't recommend the hotel restaurant.
Nice hotel
Mauricio Mon 17/05/2016 01:21Beautiful hotel, nice, large and clean rooms, near to the airport far to city. People at front desk are nice and helpful. Easy access to public transport. You can make coffee in your room, and if you call for help at 1 am they don't have problem to assist you. Fully recommended and hope to visit again.
Comfortable & close to airport
iloveclubmedon 27/02/2016 06:28Had an early flight home from Monterrey airport and wanted to stay somewhere nearby the night before. Booked a very affordable room by going to hotel website. We arrived early evening and after we checked in the shuttle driver, who was hanging out in the lobby, offered to take my husband and I to a nearby restaurant for dinner at no extra charge. It turned out to be a great local restaurant with nice authentic food. All we had to do was motion to the waiter that we were done and he called the driver to pick us up. We gave a small tip for this service and were pleased with this thoughtful step above and beyond. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower and a small mini hairdryer in the bathroom. Free in-room wi-fi but not a strong signal. The included breakfast buffet was decent. Make-your-own waffles were a special treat. Chilaquiles were good too. We drove to the airport, so I can't comment on the frequency of the airport shuttle.

traveler_CMRSon 17/01/2016 01:19We had stayed in several hotels close to the airport before. This one has the best breakfast we've seen. The room is definitely perfect to spend one evening, big and comfortable enough.
However, since we stayed during New Year's Eve there was no restaurant service and the hotel was not ready with some basics such as a bottle opener or wine glasses for guests. Anyway a good place to stay one night!
