We were here with a soccer tournament, And even though the hotel was pretty full and there were a lot of people, the staff was so nice and kept up with every request. We Would definitely stay there again.

Our room was extremely clean and very comfortable. Everyone from the front desk, to the cleaning staff, to the nice lady in the breakfast area were very helpful and friendly. It was also very quiet, no door slams, etc.
We choose this hotel mainly for the location being close to our destination and because of the positive reviews. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The staff made this stay memorable. I had a fee self inflicted issues with my room and both times staff was responsive, friendly, and helpful. The evening front desk girl on 10-17-17 gets all the credit for making this stay so nice. I wish I could remember her name. Rooms and Hotel were clean and comfortable.The breakfast was clean, fresh, and had a nice selection of hot and cold food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Greenville. .

First choice of places to stay in Greenville. Have tried others but have not been satisfied with them for various reasons. The location of this hotel is more convenient to local family when visiting than others.

We came to the Best Western to check in and somehow they'd had no record of our booking, all 6 people in our party in 6 different rooms. We weren't really offered any sort of apology and just told there weren't any rooms available for us. So we left and went to a different hotel.
