Just to add on to what have been written about this hotel, it is definitely a 4 Star hotel as it has most of the facilities except that room size was a bit small as compared to most other hotel in the same rating. Though room size is small, all the essentials such as in room sleepers, wireless internet access, shower gel and shampoo, ... are fully equipped. Oh ya, the hotel also supply bottled water, one per person every day besides tea and coffee making facilities.
I guess because of its locality, this hotel is attracting guests from all over the world. We have met up with guests from most part of the European cities, as well as from Asia countries such as Thailand, Hong Kong and China not to mention there are many others we did not have a chance to interact with.
I said it is a busy hotel because you always find guests checking in and checking out, also the buffet breakfast is always very busy and this is where you bump into guests from all over the world.
What I like about this hotel is its locality as you can gain access to local attraction easily, besides that the hotel security is also very commendable which make you feel very safe sleeping soundly at night.

I've stayed here for years. Sometimes the experience is good, sometimes not so much. This time it was a good experience. My room was cleaned everyday. Internet worked all the time. The price cannot be beat for Moscow--I paid about $60 a night in May 2017. Front desk service is spotty, they try, but you have to follow up. They know English but of course if you can speak Russian it is better. They do registration for you. Close to metro and many restaurants. Ten minute walk to Izmailovsky flea market, the best in Moscow. This hotel is very popular with international tourists. Hotel has gone totally smoke free but on my floor there were still some nonconformists.

The staff is unhelpful and don't speak english which would be ok if they wouldn't have an unpleasant attitude and were trying to actually be helpful.
The coffee shop and restaurant are way too expensive for what they serve. And the hotel is so far from everything that you have no choice but to pay the price.
The buffet offers poor dishes cheaply prepared.
The rug and decor are awful and everything smells a strong mixture of food and soap.
The hotel is far from the historical center.

We did not stay in this out of center hotel. Rather, attended a scientific conference, while staying at a centrally located hotel. We arrived by Metro line 3, took off at Partizankaya station shown on the map and the hotel website to be 200 meters away.
Alas, on a rainy day like we had, relying on Google Maps and not having a compass, it was nearly impossible to find the hotel. No signs (not even in Cyrillic letters) and local people were unhelpful or just unkind. Took us over 30 min to find a kind person who gave us correct directions.
Turned out that the hotel, even that it is huge, was behind a much larger hotel when arriving by Metro.
For the attention of the hotel management: your hotel is also a convention center; one would expect to have direction signs when exiting the nearby metro station.

This is one of several huge hotels located in the Ismaylovo area: about 30 floors and maybe over 1000 rooms. The level or equipment and organization is amazingly good. Multiple reception desks, huge lobby, 6 high speed elevators... you will hardly feel you are in such a big place: no delays, no waiting for anything.
The rooms... Not very big, but very comfortable. Nice beds, comfortable and well equipped bathrooms, nice amenities, free and fast wifi, quiet enough, despite the nearby highway. Excellent conditions for rest and sleep.
Public transport... This is one of the best things. Here you are about 5-6 minutes away from 2 metro stations: Partizanskaya, on line 3, which takes you in less than 20 minutes to the heart of Moscow, and Ismaylovo, on the Central Circular Line - the newest Moscow metro line, which runs around the whole city and takes you in 30 minutes to the Business district - Delovoy Centre, and to 17 other interchange stations that provide connections with other metro lines and train stations. From Sheremetyevo Airport you can either take the AeroExpress train to Belorusskaya station, and then the metro (about 10 eur), or use Yandex Taxi or Uber for about 16 eur.
The surrounding area is full of restaurants and convenience stores, some of which work 24 hours.
