Lovely hotel, quiet and clean with friendly staff. We had a suite. The King bedroom was separate and very comfortable with a variety of pillow types to choose from. There was a small living room with a kitchen type area with sink and coffee maker, some cutlery and glasses. It was a promotion and a very good deal which included a $75.00 gift card at a local restaurant and one nights parking included.

What an amazing hotel! I stayed in a Suite all I can say is wow! This hotel have everything you need to make your stay memorable. There was a huge living room with a mini fridge and microwave as well as a jetted tub. Will stay again soon.

I could not sleep all night because of the refrigerator rattling noise. At first I turned down the temperature but it made a different rattling noise. Then at 2:00am I pulled the mini fridge out from the wall and pulled the plug out of the electrical receptacle. Unfortunately I had to get up at 5:30am so no sleep all night. I had 2 important meetings the next day on no sleep.

I didn't realized when I booked that parking was an extra $25, but that's my fault, I was in a rush and didn't check. This hotel was immaculately clean, staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were up to date and cozy. Bed was comfortable, rooms had a big bar fridge and a microwave. Much more than I was expecting for a Best Western. We will definitely return. We were told to try the Elgin Street Diner a few blocks away. It was awful, don't go there. There are plenty of other restaurants near by.

...if you don't mind a 15-20 minute walk to the Parliament Hill area and a 30 minute walk to the Byward Market. As with most BW hotels, there is no restaurant or bar but Elgin Street, 2 blocks away, has many casual pubs and eateries. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was large, clean and well appointed. The added touch of a microwave and good sized small fridge was interesting. I appreciated that the windows opened which we needed as the room was uncomfortably hot as were the corridors. This was the only way we could get the temp down but then we're subject to the street noise, including the late night revellers going from from Elgin Street. So not the best sleep, even though beds, linens and pillows were very comfy. Also appreciated the larger than normal bathroom towels, and they did not skimp on quantity! Just missed breakfast but it looked like the usual BW continental offering. Underground parking is available but I found as a guest overpriced...$20 plus, plus tax, for an overnight and less than 24 hours. That adds up quickly if you are staying longer. But overall reasonable value for location.
