I was in town for a conference at the Koury Convention Center and Sheraton Hotel. I go to the same convention each year and usually stay at the Sheraton but this year opted for a cheaper hotel. The only thing cheaper about our stay was the price.
The Best Western in Greensboro was hands down better than any standard room I have stayed in at the Sheraton for many years. At the Best Western, the rooms were bigger cleaner and more accommodating with amenities like microwave, refrigerator and small sofa in the room.
The inconvenience of not staying in the convention Hotel went totally unnoticed by me due to the quality of the stay at the Best Western.
And the best part ... IT WAS STILL LESS MONEY!
I would definitely use their facility in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay at a clean, quiet, and well appointed hotel after a very stressful day. I checked in quick and went to my clean and comfortable room. The room was just what I needed to recharge and get ready for the next day. A very nice quiet and comfortable stay.

Great hotel. Great service. I enjoy staying at this hotel as it is clean and customer service is excellent. It is a great location just off the interstate and there are many local places to eat and many within walking distance.

It was easy access to and from highway. Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good and dinning room was clean. Would stop here again on our next trip south. Had a restful night. good location.

Had no water in the whole hotel, when finally got fixed water was dirty, we tried to fill our Jacuzzi but started to get moody so we went to from desk and ask if someone could clean it for us because we wanted to use it after dinner, and the guy told us he can only give us some towels to clean it our selfs, we paid $300 for a suite that we could not use the Jacuzzi, very disappointed
