The hotel is set just outside the hustle bustle of Brugge, and close to the highway. Rooms were nice and clean. This was my second stay there and I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast is not that great, but OK. The staff are nice & friendly. The hotel gardens are very nice. It was raining, so didn't have a chance to sit outside.

Average stay. Room spacious but outdated. Carpet was not properly vacuumed, bathroom also not cleaned well with lots of dust on the radiator. Wi-fi had good speed but was unstable.
Breakfast considering the price was average. No fresh veggies like cucumber, tomato or peppers.
On the good side the bed was very comfortable, parking is big and convenient. Location is out of town but it it very quiet with good access to the motorway.

The rooms were excellent, spacious with good bathrooms. The restaurant. was fantastic with a good choice of menu and well cooked and presented. The hotel was in a good loaction outside the heart of the town and set in fine gardens. We really enjoyed our stay

We used this hotel as a stop over night en-route to Germany from the UK.
We were gutted that we weren't staying longer! The hotel is set in beautiful grounds, and the design of the building is lovely. It looks like a chateaux with it's small turrets and white walls. Very pretty!
The hotel inside is spotlessly clean. It's finished to a high standard, and you really feel like you are staying in a luxury hotel.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, and all spoke English. They helped us get into Bruges in the evening, and recommended places to eat out there.
The rooms are nicely furnished, and comfortable. You can tell this place is cared about!
Breakfast was lovely, and there was lots of variety.
The only downside to this hotel? Having to leave so soon :(

Very nice hotel. Clean, quiet, good breakfast buffet. Top notch service from front desk and restaurant servers. Excellent dinner menu in restaurant. Not located in town, but only cost 13 Euros for six for van transportation. Be sure to get taxi voucher at hotel. It’s less expensive than paying directly.
