Modern, clean, tidy and spacious. Plenty of room to move around. Nice bathroom with decent extras. Shower wasn’t cramped and had good water pressure. Comfortable bed, lots of natural light and good wifi.

Our room was very suitable for two colleagues or two travelers. Everyone has their own privacy but they can easily communicate and discuss everything for next day. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was set out well, nice and clean and quiet, loved being able to open a window for fresh air as so many hotels tend to be stuffy. Would recommend a stay only problem we had was access can be tricky due to road works so a warning prior maybe helpful

I've not stayed here for a While but it was great. Great room. Friendly engaged staff. Awesome. Also competent service attendants. Loved the kitchen and microwave, meant I could self cater for a chamge!

Hotel located at the best location. Near to the sky bus stop and closed to the bustling area of queen st where many shops and restaurants around. Although you can find out many homeless staying in front of the hotel but they seem not doing harm to us. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. The reception lady upgraded my room to a bigger room. The room was spacious, clean and tidy although a little bit old but overall are ok. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was ok but no amenities given. Water pressure was good and response was quick to turn to hot water. The problem was heater not functioning well, thanks to the weather not too cold at that time.
