We stayed here for a charity ride and loved the place. The rooms are so spacious, the king bed was so comfortable, bathroom was clean. The breakfast was good, nothing fancy but it got us on our way. The front desk staff were so friendly and nice. If in the ar a will definitely stay here again.

We chose this hotel because of the deal that was online -- now after staying there we can see why it was a "deal". The free breakfast in the morning was just your basic bagel / cream cheese / yogurt spread. The only bonus about this hotel was that it was close to where we had to be for a wedding. The beds were decent. Everything just seemed extremely dated even though it had just recently undergone a renovation. While we were staying there, there was early construction going on outside of our door and in the hotel rooms next to us, so don't plan on being able to sleep in.

When we got to our room, we could not get the door open. Finally pushed really hard and jimmied while lifting the handle and got it open. It has some red stuff splashed on it, I don't want to know what that was. I understand they are doing some renovation so we let it slide. We decided to go to the pool. Bad idea, my grandson fell down so we told him to slow down, he was barely moving and slipped again! third time he fell he hit his chin and slit it open, one of the other Moms there said their kids had been falling too! We went to the front desk to tell them the floor is very slippery and she said she would send someone to mop up and handed us a Band-Aid. I asked for the manager on duty and was informed she had gone home for the day??? The guy that came down to "clean up" picked up the towels we had lain in front of the slide so the kids didn't fall..... and left. There was standing water all over the tile floor. The floor is a porcelain tile, not the right tile for poolside in the first place. We tip toed out, hoping we all didn't fall (adults) and left. This was not a very fun experience.

My wife and I were in town for a convention and stayed at the convention center hotel. The front desk staff were helpful. I was impressed with my meals in the restaurant. The egg salad croissant was my favorite. Wait staff seemed to be a bit slow. My room was okay. The convention center is a great facility. The theater is a nice addition and makes long meetings more tolerable. The hotel is conveniently located.

Hotel easy to find ,Front desk ,helpful and efficient . Room was challenging to find due hotel layout. Hotel has no elevator. Room was small ,especially the bathroom . Mattress was a pillow top and very comfortable. Breakfast area very formal ,but scrambled egg patties were flavorless . , and no hot chocolate or waffles.Room was very quiet. Pool and hot tub were very well kept up . Checkout went smoothly
