I still can t believe I flund such an Hotel in India, of course the reception has nothing to do with European Hotel , and the quality as well, but, big rooms, lot of services, extremelly good food at restaurant and very good position ( on the highway ) this Hotel really deserve more than the credit it has !!

great stay as rooms are well equipped. Only problem being on the highway the surroundings of the hotel are very average. But one inside, the rooms are good, restaurant is average. Overnight stay was very refreshing, with good wash room equipped with necessary utilities.

It was a very nice stay at hotel Best western Takshashila,Excellent Room service,Room was very nit and clean, Foods are awesome, very cooperative staff, hotel is located at just beside the SP ring road and very near from the G.I.D.C area, overall, very nice hotel, I would like to visit again,

On my recent stay at the best western takshashila, I was rather disappointed with the services of the hotel. The room tariff starts from Rs 4000/- but afetr I negotiated, they gave me the room for just 1800/- inclusive of taxes, which made me very happy but had I known what I was going to experience later, I wudn't have had spent any money on this hotel.
The rooms are old, in a bad condition and stink a lot. I had to call the housekeeping several times for them to spray the room freshner. Its understandable if the staff does not speak English in a budget hotel, but what was surprising was they cannot understand a word of English. The reception staff does not pick up the phone call, I had to walk down my room to talk to him in the night when I wanted some help.
The morning breakfast was terrible enough to make my day a disappointing one.
The hotel needs to work on its services and train the staff members to help the guests staying at the hotel.
Not recommendable at all.

I visited this hotel in December 2014. The overall experience in this hotel was nice and moreover I got a very good deal from a well known travel web site.
The option in the breakfast were limited but the one which were available were of very good quality.
