We spent one night here and it was too short. Service when you check in is very friendly with juices, water and food to welcome you. After a long 16km walk it was very well received. Rooms are modern and quirky which we loved. Very spacious with a separate bedroom to sitting area and good size bathroom. Breakfast can be enjoyed outside on their deck overlooking the esplanade and the choice of breakfast is of a high standard. Overall I loved this hotel and Rapallo

Hotel along the red carpet spring walk towards a Portofino was lovely. Loved our balcony overlooking the bay from our room. All at front desk ( especially elizabetta ) were very friendly.

MY sisters and nieces stayed at the Tigullio Royal in Rapallo in May. We had great rooms looking over the shore, and were in easy walking distance of the shops and the train station. The staff was wonderful; helpful, pleasant, and spoke English very well.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Beautiful view, close to the water & restaurants and great customer service. We have stayed at other Best Westerns in different places & always have a good experience, we will be back!

We had a lovely journey. The service at the hotel was fantastic. The staff hold the boat to Porto Fino and we got with the boat. At Porto Fino we walked and could see a beautiful view. The hotel was really nice and the staff was great.
