I've stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions. It is always clean and the staff are pleasant. The biggest drawback is its location. It is not within walking distance of anything. The closest metro stop is over a mile away. They do have a shuttle to take you to Bethesda, but it is not on demand.
The restaurant serves good food that is not grossly overpriced. Tonight I had a small salad with salmon, it was excellent.

This hotel is a great business hotel. The value is not there for the type of room you get.
While the room is very spacious, the hotel itself is very dated. There are other Marriott’s priced the same and more updated than this one.
When you go to breakfast it is unclear where to go for the free breakfast if you are Platinum.
You might want to skip this one and go down the road.

This hotel gives you everything you expect from a Marriott - nothing more, nothing less. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Rooms are rather spacious being a "Suites" hotel which was definitely appreciated. WiFi is functional. Meeting space is fine. Fitness center is enough to get a workout but small. Restaurant/bar are adequate although the staff seem to have a contest to see who can move slowest.

We stayed here one mid-week night on a multi-night business trip to three cities. It was adequate for our needs but I thought it over priced, relative to the quality. All the rooms are suites. The suites are roomy, but the furnishings and decor are uninspired and dated. The living area of the suite furniture wasn't very comfortable. I did not like the layout of the suite. The toilet/tub/shower section of the bathroom can be accessed by pocket doors from two areas: the living area and also the sink/closet/vanity section connected to the bedroom. However, at least in our room, there was no door to shut off the vanity/sink/closet area from the bedroom. This means no sleeping in for the partner who doesn't have to get up early for a business meeting! Overall, it is an average and forgettable business hotel. The positive is that the hotel is in a business area so was quiet and the staff were friendly and competent.

Rooms were nice lots of space. Bathrooms were clean. beds are Ok but pillows are awful. Food was good loved the crab soup. Location was good proximity to Congressional CC. Nice hotel. I used Uber getting around there is a charge to park
