We booked through OYO and it was really good. Rooms were neat & clean. We stayed for one day. this hotel is 1km away from main road on hills, view from hotel was really nice.Hotel staff were really good. b'fast was really nice.Nice place to stay :)

spacious rooms. comfortable. can drop in anytime. perfect ambience. located on hill top a little distant from the main road. but worth for a small trip stay. service staffs are polite and courteous. good!

Was in Pune for a day, so chose Beverly hills. Room was clean and quite spacious and had a good view. Food was not that great to talk about. Requested for early check in which was accepted. Staffs need to smile more.

I am not the sorts to complain but Beverly Hills, Lulla Nagar, Pune is really the pits when it comes to customer relations. Rude, non cooperative staff that I have never encountered before. Lovely property...but poorly managed and lacks even the basic hospitality ethics. Complementary breakfast was lacking taste and most items that go with a breakfast was not available. They need to learn to smile and even a prison guard is more friendly am sure. Get your act together or close shop.

Beverly Hills is true to its name, an excellent place to stay in Pune. I stayed here for a night. The staff was courteous and polite. Simple room with all amenities. TV was old style. Restaurant was good.
