Attended a baby shower for my nephew's wife. We had afternoon tea. What a wonderful experience. The food was lovely. Very well presented. The staff were so friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough for us.

Excellent property. Clean. Confortable. Good parking. Immaculate service, I had a very good price. Reserved directly through Marriott rewards. All the amenities worked. The staff were very warm. The room and bathroom were top. And a very good quality bed. 100% recommended

We stay here every year when we go to the tennis at the O2. Rooms are lovely, beds extremely comfortable and staff at reception are very friendly & helpful. Breakfast is really good, and staff were excellent. We look forward to coming back next year.

This Marriott has seen better days and it needs an upgrade. The lounge is very worn as indeed are the bedrooms .
The service however was excellent both at reception and in the bar .
Very good car parking .
Very noisy with the road as well and the double glazing is just not good enough .

We were only at the hotel for 2 nights. On arrival, we were advised that our booking had been cancelled (no fault of the hotel) even though we had not cancelled. The staff were very helpful and booked us the room at the same rate we were expecting.
The room was lovely and modern, and staff very friendly.
I've not given this hotel an 'excellent' review purely because on a Saturday night the bar had sold out of 2 lagers and 2 varieties of white wine, the car park was an additional cost, the restaurant was closed Sundays and there were a couple of bits of rubbish that were left a few days in the courtyard area.
The bar staff were also very friendly, it was just unfortunate that they had sold out of so much in the bar and the restaurant wasn't open when we wanted it. Luckily there were loads of restaurants nearby so we were able to go elsewhere.
Overall a good stay!
