First the reservation wasn't known, so only a smoker room was available. A old and dirty AND out off order coffeemaker in the lobby, an uncomfortable bed and not a nice surrounding. No fridge, no hairdryer!! At night lots of dogs have a concert, so we leave a soon as possible this place. High price and ugly conditions.
Never in my life!! Go to the Atwood hotel in San Diego..... less money and high quality!!!
We are from Germany and at the Atwood in San Diego we have had the best experience!!! After this stop at big 7.

Paid for room online and it was stated in black and white in the contract "this is the total amount for the room, never unexpected charges or fees" then I get to the room and they charged a $25 "no smoking deposit" wtf is that besides a ucking scam by the hotal then they say the only way to get the deposit back at check out is to give them my card again. Like wth you need my card for just release the fffff money!!!!

The front desk staff were amazing. Good place for the price. Very clean rooms and they also offer a fridge and a microwave for your convenience. They treat you like family and are very nice and make you feel like your at home. Good place to stay in.

Wouldn't stay there even if they comp'd the room. Room was not clean, Water in the shower was cold! Even though I had a "non-smoking" room, somebody smoked in there recently and a lot. Thought it would be a one star..I wouldn't rate it that high.
Maybe a minus two.

Used this hotel for a one-nighter while attending Comic Con. It is what it is for an inexpensive room. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Pretty much just crashed late at night and woke early. Bed was surprisingly comfortable.
