The place has slipped a bit
HammerheadMontanaon 08/11/2017 15:38I have spent a dozen or more nights here on business in the past few years. Lately, a few of the amenities that made the Bighorn Inn outstanding have now gone missing. Breakfast is most notable, it used to be one of the best of anywhere in the city. Now, things like granola, yogurt parfait cups, fruit cups, fresh mini donuts, granola, all have disapeared. Breakfast is average, similar to any other chain hotel. Sad to see it happen here as this was always my first choice. Now I will at least search other properties to see what they offer.
Great stay
cjtraveler1on 20/10/2017 18:03The staff was very polite and attentive. Our room was clean and spacious and the Reef was excellent. Would definitely recommend to any person or family.The hotel has a beautiful courtyard with a waterfall and outdoor seating.

Mary Jane Son 17/10/2017 15:55I needed help with my tablet and connecting to wifi and Casey at the front desk spent 3 quick times helping me. He was very responsive and respectful.
I also really like this hotel, as I love to be away from crowded downtown, I love the water park and activity pool and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable.
The Focus on You
msshixon 15/10/2017 19:26I had a reservation from the 10/13-10/15 during. when I first checked in I didn't have the best feeling, The front desk agent did not seem fully aware what they were doing, they seemed very disorganized. My next, day was very similar, the morning the front desk agent hung up on a guest after getting supper frustrated. Then i met the clerk that turned my entire stay around. His Name was Casey, offered fresh cookies throughout his entire shift, had a wonderful sense of humor. my husband, and i were trying to figure out if he was closer to 30 or 40, only to find out he was 24. Just a wonder employee.
The breakfast was so/so kinda dirty, but tasty.
The room was nice, the carpets were dirty, but the beds were very nice, very comfortable

Jon Pon 14/10/2017 00:21Great stay! Marie and the whole staff made the stay a great one. The conference center was comfortable and easy to access. Always had hot coffee and the newspaper at the ready! Thank you again and we’ll see you at the next event
