[+] Nice place had everything we needed, clean and comfortable! Quiet and safe location. Short downhill walk to the old town and city centre!
[-] A fair distance from the bus station - if you are arriving into Bilbao by coach you will have to walk a fair way to the metro station, trip takes about 15 mins but walk from the stop to the apartments is also quite long! Once you are checked in though the walk to the city is not very long at all!

Were in visit to Bilbao withe other family and had to open the extencion table. Completely dirt. Mine was the same condition.
Chairs were in very bad condition (exposed dirt foam).
The bathroom was also in poor condition lack of maintnance in shower.
You have to pay parking because there is no parking nearby. Add extra 12 eur per car...
Unpleasent stay.

It's a bit like renting an appartment in the Eastern bloc; a huge colossus. But the location is good, on walking distance of the old centre and in fact everything (although you have to walk uphill returning to your appartment).
The beds are terrible; small and crumpled. The couch is old and falls apart as is the shower cabin. The appartment, though clean, is hot and oppressive.
The building is strange and stuffy but the people who work here are very friendly. One could make so much more of this!

The Apartamentos are situated a bit far from the city centre, but they're very well connected (by bus, underground or car, if you have it). It's still within reasonable walking distance, though, nothing insane.
The apartments are spacious and clean and and well-lit, nothing fancy but perfect when the main focus of your stay is visiting the city. They're also fully equipped if you want to have breakfast or dinner inside.
Gli Apartamentos sono un po' lontani dal centro della città, ma anche ben collegati (con il bus, la metro o la macchina, se l'avete). Rimangono comunque a una distanza percorribile a piedi, niente di troppo lungo o lontano. Gli appartamenti sono spazioni, puliti e ben illuminati: niente di estremamente lussuoso, ma perfetti per una base durante la visita della città. Sono anche ben riforniti e quindi adatti a fare colazione o cena a "casa".

The apartment spacious,clean and equipped with a TV, fridge/freezer, 4 ring hob & oven and a microwave. The wifi was good (except in one bedroom). The main bedroom had 2 single beds pushed together, the 2nd bedroom room had another single bed, and there was a sofabed in the living room. There was plenty of wardrobe space. The spacious bathroom includes a basic shower and a sink. The apartment is in a good location, close to the motorway and is easy to get to. It is located on a hill, about 5 minutes walk from the old town (10 mins from the Metro), with several supermarkets and bars & restaurants also nearby (downhill). Private parking in possible (12€ VAT exluded per night). Bus 77, bringing you close to the Guggenheim museum and right in the middle of the shopping district, stops at 200m. (bus ride costs 1,25 per person)
points of attention:
* the bedding quality is average
* the decoration of the apartments miss character or charm
* 110€/night for a 4p apartment is too expensive
* please repair the water damage on the sealing above the shower
