As always a warm welcome greets you at Hotel de Keizerskroon..... my fourth visit brought as many smiles as my first (apart from the new door card system ~ much preferred the lovely keys ~ so wouldn't have inadvertently brought it away with me) The reception staff are all so friendly and accommodating their smiles always a pleasure and helpful to the extreme. Again just cannot fault the restaurant, all the serving staff are interested in pleasing the customer being knowledgeable, helpful and interested but the Chefs will yet again certainly get my star seal of approval ~ all the meals were beautifully prepared cooked and presented ~ can most certainly recommend the Wild Boar Medalions with the chefs recommended Calvados Sauce! and the fish again with the recommended sauce melts on the tongue, the dessert menu is not big in choice but enormous in the explosions on the palette. save room for them and you wont be disappointed that is for sure. The bar is pleasant to spend time in with the comfy seating and open central fire where lunches are served, perhaps the 'bites & snacks' menu could be offered in English as all other menus are but that is a minor comment.
A wonderful time spent at the hotel and the Spirit of Winter Christmas market at Het Loo just a short walk away.
Looking forward to my next visit when I know I will be pleased with making this my choice of hotel

I've had the opportunity to stay here a couple times. It's great to be close to the park and palace. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. Staff was very nice and efficient. The restaurant has a nice menu.

The hotel is very conveniently situated to travel the Netherlands as you can go different directions from here. The hotel is close to a bus stop with direct connection to the train station.Next to the hotel is Paleis het Loo definitely worth a visit. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, there were some small issues but they were adequately taken care of by the staff. The restaurant is of excellent quality and again we received friendly and good service. The rooms are good, shower corner is fantastic and i can recommend to pay for the extra fruit in the room.
All in all we had a fantastic stay and will most probably come again when in Holland.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Service was super, very friendly and heartwarmingly welcoming. We had a nice and spacious room, which was decorated for the occasion of our son's 4th birthday. Made him feel very special. He even got a little present!
The pool is nice, breakfast good and the restaurant worth reserving a table at. Some parts could do with an update, but I believe that is an ongoing project. Staff was super nice, helpful and guest oriented. True hospitality, which made the stay a very good one.
My tip: you can also rent bicycles here, ideal for the beautiful area.

Effortless check in with a friendly receptionist. The suite was large, bright and well maintained. Excellent sized bathroom with hydro bath. Unfortunately the shower did not work on the first morning- it was repaired by the time we returned to our suite in the afternoon. Three balconies, one had an ashtray with cigarette ends left on it. The out look is over the service yard which was very noisy on the first morning (7:30am laundry cages), bit disappointed by the position of the suite.
Fridge and tea/coffee facilities in room. Can't understand why there were 2 TVs in the suite.
Continental breakfast very good, cooked not so good, coffee from a machine. Did not see a member of staff in the breakfast room at all on the first morning.
This hotel did not match up to the excellent Bilderberg Groups Chateau Holtmuhle which we had just come from.
