I’ve stayed here a few times. I always get a suite, on the weekends they’re very reasonable. The staff is always friendly and helpful, Tamina and Donald especially. Very nice and welcoming people. The rooms are great. The decor could be better but other than that it’s perfect. My favorite part would have to be the sitting areas out side. They’re so comfy and relaxing kind of hidden but I like that.

Everyone I worked with in planning my event was very pleasant and professional, from the social event manager (Jane Cabalce) all the way to the banquet staff. Jane was very responsive to my requests and changes as it got close to the event date. Alex and his team made everything possible to make my event a success and go smoothly throughout the evening. My guests loved the food. I was very happy with the service all around! This is the second time we've had a big function at Biltmore Santa Clara and I am sure we'll do the next big event here again!

As soon as pull in the hotel, I notice the beautiful lobby.Our room was great and very clean place. There pool and Jacuzzi are awesome. And the gentleman that help us check in, was awesome. He gave us all this kind of information about the hotel and things we can do our the city. Mr. Garrett, thank you. We had a great experience.

Just a quick note to say that we worked with Stephanie E. for our group registrations for a conference that was held at the Santa Clara Convention Center. Stephanie went out of her way to provide our group with great service. We worked with the hotel to provide shuttle service from the hotel to the SCCC and it went very smooth for our participants.
The rooms were clean and well furnished. The restaurant provided good service and great prices. We were very happy with our stay at the Bilmore Hotel & Suites

Booked through third party website. Good price, needed airport shuttle. Offered upgrade to suite at check in for fifteen dollars. Took it! good room, and clean. went to dinner at the hotel restaurant. Food was fine, nothing special and OK priced. The AC did not come on in our rooms so we opened windows. It wasn't terrible hot, and there was no one around to fix is, so oh well. Not the best night sleep. I had ordered a wake up call to be on time for the airport shuttle. No call happened. Luckily we woke up and made down to the shuttle, only to find out there was not one. They forgot? Didnt't think they would need a driver today? It's an AIRPORT HOTEL. The check in gal got us a cab which she generously offered to pay for (really?) and while it took 20 minutes longer finally we were on the way the the airport. nearly there the driver lets us know that the $$ that the hotel employee gave her was not enough and that we would have to go back. At this point I said that we would cover the difference so we could just get this over.
