Good Hotel If You Have Business in Koramangala

The Hotel is situated on the Jyoti Niwas College Road in Kormangala's 5th. Block and is within walking distance from the 7th. Block and Forum Mall. The road is extremely narrow and there is no parking in the Hotel. Your cab will be parked just out side the front gate on arrival. The Hotel houses one of the most famous North Indian/Frontier Cuisine restaurants in the city and is also close to a host of eateries of all tastes and budgets. The buffet breakfast is satisfactory and there are no complaints about anything on this front. The hotel is boxed in from all sides with constructed buildings or under construction/renovation buildings so there will be little or no natural light in the room. Some mobile operator's numbers (like Reliance Jio) will not work here because of weak signal strength in this area. This is particularly important if you are using the Jio-Fi Router. The Reception gives Chit-Style Internet Access credentials with date validity which may or not work. I had to collect several such vouchers because many of the ones handed over to me were not functional. The hotel is a bit claustrophobic with a small reception, narrow passageways and little space for movement. Reminds one of typical business hotels in the Greater Kailash - II Area of New Delhi. But because of the prime location the management cannot be blamed for that and they are trying their best to run the hotel as efficiently as possible. App-Based Taxies are readily available. The Management will definitely do well to provide a much more contemporary and functional internet access system where the guest doesn't have to run around to the Reception frequently to collect Chits with Login Credentials. I think all the hotels in the Koramangala area are of the same congested type and this one would definitely be better than most.
ideal place for business travelers working at Adugodi or Koramangala

hotel is located at Koramangala which ensures a quick access without traffic jams to companies located in Adugodi or Koramangala, taxi from airport to hotel takes less than 1 hour at night when the roads are free, excellent restaurant in hotel (Sultans of Spice), excellent service, check in at 4 a.m. no problem, nice surrounding with shops, restaurants etc.

Rooms are good and so is service.Location in awesome with wide varieties of foods available in market. The only problem is they won't serve food in room.Other services are fine.I would recommend to book a room without food.
Staff friendliness and helpfulness deserves an excellent review

I would rate this hotel as very good. Minor improvements need to be made (all hotels can always improve anyway) but because of the staff, especially at the reception, ever so responsive despite them being busy, serving always with genuineness and willingness to cater to your needs, With honesty and sincerity, I offer a 5 star for that sole reason. It is about the people, and they deserve this rating as the least I can do. To the staff in the bar, restaurants, and all I've encountered, I wish you the very best. Special mention to Rupen and Briyen, and not forgetting the rest that I have not recalled by name.
Not Worth the Money!

Our most disappointing stay in Bangalore ever! Not worth the money.
1. The hotel is situated on a narrow street and it's one-way. It's quite impossible to get a taxi or auto-rickshaws at this location.
2. The hotel parks the guest's vehicles by the road-side that is crowded most of the day. My car was stuck bet'n the side-walk and two other cars that I have to scratch my wheel to pull my car out.
3. They claim to be a business hotel, but have a miniature lobby opening to the busy streets. Ambiance is below par.
4. The intercom doesn't work and I had to call from my mobile for room services, house-keeping
5. While resting in the evening, I heard a harsh drilling noise that never seemed to stop. When I stepped out of the room I realized that it was vacuum cleaner cleaning the alley.
6. The water in the bath/ shower was less than lukewarm. For Bangalore's weather, it's quite unbearable.
7. The breakfast was mediocre. The uthappam was served half-cooked.
8. Staff at the front desk were not so friendly. They believe that their duty is only to check-in and check-out customers.
They claim to be located in the heart of Koramangla (esp. The Forum Mall). In fact, there are much better hotels around for the same/ lesser tariff. I would rather pay a hundred rupees extra to travel to Forum Mall than stay here ever again.
