We have been in Blu Tropical after middle of september in the residence and we found this place simply over the top. Really we're "old" guests as sometimes, when we need to be "cuddled", we spend few weeks in Blu Troplical where Carlo, Caterina, Alessio and Jessica do their best, they do the warmest cuddlies ever!
This year the news was the fabolous pool with idro, placed in a elegant contest.
Incredible sea view with his beautiful colors, the clean and private beach is a dream!
And what say about the ristorant on the beach? Mmhh...just romantic.
All pieces of the garden, is clean and it has taken care in each single detail and hide corner.
We were with our three small dogs whom enjoed the garden and long walks

I am not sure what hotel these other reviewers have been to but it's not the same one we have just came home from. The air conditioning didnt work all week. We tried to complain but the hosts allegedly didnt speak English and were most unhelpful. The hotel is at the top of a very steep hill unsuitable for disabled people. The beach towards the water is very stoney and difficult to enter and exit. The hotel bar service is operated by the receptionist who had no idea how to make hot coffee or what drinks were available. To conclude the hotel is nice but not four star.

Everything was just perfect during our 14 days stay at Blu Tropical: safety, impeccable cleaning; very good size room with comfortable beds and amenities; qualified, friendly and helpful staff; sandy and clean beach; restaurant and bar.

My husband and I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Caterina and Carlo the owners along with their son Alessio could not be any nicer, welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. In fact we feel they are our friends.
The hotel is spotlessly clean, our room was wonderful and the private beach is beautiful along with the clean crystal sea. We just didn’t want to move away from the hotel at all. The food was excellent from fresh fish to homemade pasta and you can also eat outside on the veranda overlooking the sea, which was very romantic.
We felt so sad to go and we wanted to stay there for even longer than the 12 nights and we cannot wait to return.
So, if you would like to stay at a quiet and wonderful hotel with the nicest of people then look no further than the Blu Tropical,
Catarina, Carlo and Alessio, Grazie mille. Sentiamo la vostra mancanza e non vediamo l’ora di ritornare al piu presto.

My wife and I stayed here for a week on our honeymoon. We LOVED it! It is so gorgeous! Tropical. Sunny. Friendly people and atmosphere. The family that owns and runs the place became our friends by the time we left. The place was such that we hardly ever left it. We had everything we needed there. The beach was just gorgeous. The water was crystal clear.
If there was one thing I would suggest, is include everything in the price of your stay. I do not enjoy paying 2 euros, 5 euros, 3 euros here and there for little services and things along the way. I prefer to pay everything in one price, the price of the stay. But this comment does not take away from the beauty and how remarkable this place was. We loved it and we will definitely be going back.
