The room was quite big in size with all amenities. The Resort had private beach and a restaurant overlooking the beach, which was good. The food was very tasty and good, but they should increase the quantity of subzi's and Rice varieties. As the resort is getting old, may be 15 yrs, they should refurnish all the indoor games,rooms and restaurant plates. If the management does all these refurnishing, it would attract few more people to visit and stay and a new lease of live for the resort.

Most horrible experience.
1)Untrained and rude restaurant staff.
2)tiny rooms no walking space at all.
3) bathroom doesn’t have taps(only shower). No place to keep even soap or toothpaste
4) pool is not maintained well. People just get in with any dress and I saw them spitting in the pool. I even saw a kid pee into the pool
5) restaurant has average food but is very very expensive for that quality.
6) the buffet breakfast was always empty. We had to request for even bread. They didn’t provide any jam or butter etc. the idly they gave was hard and the chutney was tasteless.
7) do not take the log huts as they are almost like hot tin cans. The ‘sitting area’ in the log huts don’t have air conditioners so it’s literally like sitting in an oven.
8) there is no housekeeping of any sort. The rooms weren’t cleaned at all. We tried calling up the housekeeping but the call wasn’t attended. Then we called the reception and they promised to send someone,nobody turned up even after repeated calls.
9)the restaurant area is always filled with crows and dragonflies. Leave your table unattended at your own risk.
10) the rooms are dusty and sandy. There is no shower near the beach or the pool so all the sand from the beach ends up in the rooms. They don’t even provide foot mats to at least rub off the sand from your feet.
All in all a horrible choice to stay for even one night. Very very unhappy with the experience,angry at the treatment and disappointed with the price tag. We paid almost 7k per night for a room which is not even worth 2k.

The only good thing about this place is the beach on it's backside.
The rooms are very small. Bathrooms were not clean, and there was a damp smell all the time. In the swimming pool, people were swimming without proper swim wear and the staff didn't care about it. Restaurant service was very slow, I had to remind the servers multiple times and they finally served food some 40-50 minutes after taking order
And the worst part, AC in the room started spraying water around midnight and there was no staff available to fix it. I am glad we had booked this place for one night only.

We had a family get together on this 7th of this month near by beach. This has been held after my marriage, like as reception party. We had South Indian and biriyani items are very good, Only thing is better to add some more games in indoor games. It is worth of money and had a great time at this resort.

Had a nice time with old school friends , very good resort ,excellent rooms and good service by blue bay team , breakfast was good and so was the lunch , restaurant service too needs to be appreciated,thank you blue bay for a memorable trip ,hope to come again .
