Yes! This is what we heard from manager.. some of the low lights:
- stinky rooms, smell is too bad and is intolerable
- wet mattress due to moisture, we were not able to sleep whole night
- bugs and frogs in the rooms and bathrooms
- food is ridiculously expensive compared to other hotels in the area
- resort is in a ditch, so once you are in it's impossible to walk out for walk or local sightseeing
- Wifi is only in managers office, so no Connectivity in rooms
- Room phones do not work, so for room service you will have to go out to managers office
- expensive compared to other resorts in the area
Will not recommend this hotel.

Hmmm.. rooms average... It is an estate, privately owned... Has its own river running within property which could be reached after 1hour downhill trek.
Roads to this place is very difficult terrain and has a very steep slope.
Can enjoy lots of privacy and peace as it is located away from the heart of the town.

a. Approach road is a touch tricky. Scorpio, Jeep or a 4 WD would be a better option
b. Rooms in good shape although could get better.
c. Excellent food. Kumar the Cook from Nepal was good.
d. Satheesh the driver, is very helpful.

This hotel is located near Munnar and one has to go down the Hills to reach hotel. They provide their Jeep to take you to the hotel. Location is beautiful and adventurous as well. In simple words we loved the location and warm hospitality and lash green scenic beauty and delicious food.

Very inside from normal road, completely off road, small vehicles struggle to reach there, hotel provided their service with mahindra thar to get customers till hotel, but its difficult who travel with private vehicles..
location not good
room was average with basic amenities
hot water issue, ull get only warm water not hot
