We stayed 5 days in Valencia and booked the familiy room with 2 beedrooms, a salon and a kitchen. We have to say, that this apartement was fully like expected. Nice interieur, clean and very convinient. Yes, the interieur os easy and straight but definetly enough to have an nice stay in Valencia. Location is very close to a lot of interesting places, restaurants, small shops and you get in close contact to the Valencian... Very nice and good to practice spanisch. We will come back.

Not the easiest of places to find tucked away in the old town, but once there a perfect spot to explore the city and get a quiet nights sleep. Beautifully renovated, keeping the traditional but adding all the modern conveniences including a lift.

Nice & Cosy place. Very helpful stuffs. The location is perfect. Reasonable for the location and facilities and services.
Not too many rooms and people. So it's comfortable to stay a few days here.

Big apartment, 2 comfortable rooms, big dining room, kitchen with everything you need. Bathroom with large shower.
The facility is very well furnished, in modern way, air conditioning. The whole building has been recently restructured thus you'll appreciate it at the first glance. Receptionist very kind and prone to help. Some useful info:
Remember that you'll need basic kits for cleaning (dish detergent, sanityzing napkins useful). Bring some salt and sugar. There is no moka but you'll find a welcome box with nescafe and tea bags. The fridge (with freezer) is big and powerful. I left some rubbish bags and dish detergent, hope our successors will like it 😉.
Reception will take care of your belongings during your check-in/check-out day.
The position is strategic, in the very ancient Valencia, in three minutes there is Placa de la Reina (restaurants, pubs, taxi parking, Mc Donald's...), In one minutes small supermarkets and marvellous restaurants.
You can book the taxi run directly to the airport (20€). The reception will arrange it for you.

We stayed at this place in January 2017 and were really happy with everything: location is in the city center, comfortable apartments, great price. They were renovating the ground floor and I believe it will become even better. We also used the parking, which is very close and costs 15 eur per day. The elevator is available as well which was very convenient with the stroller.
