Took my Mum over to BM for a quick one night visit and we loved it. The hotel is friendly, had great facilities and a FAB breakfast. We were out of season so the place was dead, which was fine by us. In fact, apart from the two of us, we only saw another 4 people in the hotel.
Superb shuttle service available on call whenever you need it. I absolutely loved the resort, it is so pretty. Had plenty of food and drink in the village and everywhere was friendly (Unlike some Ski resorts Ive been to where its pretentious and borderline hostile for "non' skiiers). I would love to go back again in both the thick of winter and the height of summer.
My only little niggle is the in room wifi is chargeable (crazy in todays world) however, we did manager to get a free code from reception due to a few technical issues with our in room telephone. Even then, its a pretty poor connection.
LOVED the free parking, that is outstanding.
I would return to this hotel without hesitation, and i would happily recommend to my family, friends, colleagues and clients.

Good location and some decent updates to the hotel, but still needs more updates/upgrades. We were at the hotel for a function and the food and front desk customer service left a bit to be desired. Also, we had luke warm water for showers in the morning, which is just not acceptable. I'd pass and stay elsewhere if you can.

I would avoid this hotel. Staff are not helpful and hotel is dated. At check in there was a long line up to check in and only 2 staff were helping guests. A third employee that was working on one of the check in stations refused to help people since she 'wasn't logged in'. This was with over a dozen people in line and people waiting 15mins in line. Otherwise the décor is dated and rooms hotel is in need of repair. No hot water in the rooms in the morning. Shower wasn't fun.

We stayed here for an overnight stay in the fall. The hotel is old and not the cleanest.....definately tired and dated with chipped paint,dirty carpets, garbage outdoors around the hot tubs-which were not all working! Don't waste your money here! Only plus was it was a great location within walking distance to the village.

Stayed here for 2 nights in October. Issues at check in as we booked a king bed but were given a room with 2 doubles. We showed the check in agent the email stating that we did in fact book a king bed. She shrugged her shoulders and told us that they were sold out for the weekend.
Shuttle service was great as it was cold and rainy, otherwise you could easily walk to the village from the property. Room was clean, however the walls were paper thin. We were woken up the first night by what sounded like one of our neighbours vomiting. Bathroom was very small. Hairdryer broken. Informed at check out but they again didn't seem too phased.
Definitely will be back to Blue however we will most likely stay elsewhere.
