We had chosen the hotel to celebrate the first birthday of my one year old twins.We had booked many rooms as well to accommodate our guests. The celebration was a hit primarily due to the excellent service provided by the hotel staff and the amazing dishes selected and cooked by the chef. The hotel is also conveniently located with sufficient parking space. The staff is very well behaved and very courteous. Overall, if you are looking for excellent service and mouth watering food - this is it!

Travelled with family of 3 in the month of October.I had taken 2 deluxe rooms and was promptly upgraded to 1 executive room from the front desk manager. Check in was smooth and fast.But everything that followed were nightmares.
The hotel is situated on the Rampur road and has a very narrow path for cars to enter and turn for the lobby area.
The matchbox sized rooms are in dire need of maintenance. The plumbing of one of our rooms was not working.The mattresses were very old and dirty and signs of wear and tear were evident enough. The reading lamps were not working and the toiletries were literally below average.
There's practically no view from the room.
I decided to take bath in the evening and was shocked to see no signs of hot water. On informing the reception, they replied that I should have informed them before taking a bath so that they could switch on the boiler. This means there is NO 24x7 hot water.
The bathrooms too are very small and I being a cleanliness freak found them utterly unhygienic.There was a lot of commotion at around 11:45 in the night on my floor because of which I couldn't sleep. On complaining to the manager, he replied in a very rude tone that nothing can be done for that.
Ice cubes is chargeable at around Rs 50.
The buffet breakfast was awful with not much of a variety and the laid back attitude. I am allergic to pineapple and they were serving only and only pineapple juice. I asked the chef if I could get something else, and without even any tries, the answer was 'NO'.The spread lacked variety and taste both. And the service at the breakfast area was pathetic.
The only thing I liked in my stay was the dinner. The food was good and reasonably priced with prompt service.The one extra star I'm giving is for the dinner
All in all, there's no point spending Rs 4000 for a room in this hotel.Not worth it

The stay was comfortable. The only handicap is taking wide bodied car into hotel porch as a number of manouveres are required. Room locker was non functional. Plumbing was in bad shape as shower was not functioning.

I used to go to Haldwani for my business trips for Haldwani . I stay in this hotel most of the time. This is the best hotel in terms of its rooms & quality of food. I stayed in its super deluxe catagory & i must say that these rooms are the reason that is why I stay here. Value for money.!

This is very comfy hotel amazing breakfast and dinner rooms are meet n clean equipped with modern enormities but small .
Staff is good smooth chekin process and pickup and drop facility.
In my opinion if you here in haldwani do stay here to experience the best .
