Amazing hotel in an amazing location. Overlooks the main square, close to all the sights in the city. Very comfortable room, well appointed, good wifi. staff were friendly and helpful, check-in was quick and easy. Hotel has a restaurant available (didn't use it so cannot comment). Highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay while visiting Merida.

I stayed at the Mérida Palace at the end of walking the Camino Mozárabe -- I was looking for somewhere comfortable while I took some time to explore a city that justified a stay of several days. And I was totally delighted by my hotel choice: a conversion of an historic building done with flair and taste, a spacious, comfortable and attractively decorated room, a luxury hotel with friendly, efficient and personable staff where I always felt most welcome. The rooftop pool and patio was delightful, the buffet breakfast was excellent. I thought that the hotel represented exceptional value for money, particularly given the high standard of the facilities offered.

The location of this hotel is amazing , it is right in the middle of town in a beautiful square , valet parking is available and very efficient , the building is quite incredible and the conversion to a hotel has been done with taste, there is a terrace to the front of the hotel where you can sit and have a drink watching the activity in the square , great rooms , plenty of space with comfortable beds. Great value for money.

Situated in the heart of Merida's historic district, ILUNION Merida Palace delivers all that I want in a hotel. The staff is efficient and professional, the breakfast is excellent. The rooms are clean, bright and well appointed. All of the sites are in walking distance and there is no end of places to eat tapas and have some vino tinto.

We stayed one night in this lovely hotel located right on them in square in town. The service was attentive and warm. The hotel is decorated in a Spanish style with beautiful tile everywhere. The public spaces are large but inviting.
The room was spacious, very clean and polished. Double sinks in the bathroom. A separate toilet area. Nice quality linens.
All around a wonderful five star hotel at a very low price. Highly recommend.
