Wonderful little resort. Small number of rooms with only a limited number of ocean views, which can initially be a disappointment. However, the small number of rooms also makes the resort special. Even when full, the resort feels empty. There was always a quiet place to sit down and enjoy the spectacular views outside. The dock was fantastic with a new surprise waiting every day (tarpon, dolphins, manatee) and spectacular sunsets. The grill area was very nice and never crowded. Rooms were clean and well appointed. I would suggest this resort for adults and families with teens - it was a great place to unwind.

Checked in on Saturday before Hurricane Irma. Front desk staff was helpful. Our room wasn't ready, as we were early, so they called us when it was ready. In the meantime we relaxed at Barnacle Barney's Tiki Bar right on property. Andy gave us a list of restaurants and activities in the area. When we got to our room, it didn't disappoint. We were on the third floor with a great view of the pool, tiki bar, and the gulf. Sombrero Beach was close and not at all crowded. Unfortunately, on Tuesday evening, we were told of the mandatory evacuation. We hope to return at some point.

We had a small room but it had a large bed and was very clean and comfortable. The balcony faced the pool & Tiki Bar with a view of the water. We could sit on our balcony and enjoy the live music in the evenings.

Joseph was the grounds keeper and was a truely pleasure to speak with. Friendly staff and clean facility. Nice pool. Only drawback I can say... the BBQ area is over-powered with Iguana urine. All and all... great stay!

We are owners in the Bluegreen Timeshare and this is one of the resorts we can stay at. We stayed for a week and had a very relaxing enjoyable time. Our room was perfect size for the week. Large bathroom, and bedroom. Kitchen was a little small but it worked out fine. I believe you can stay here without being part of the timeshare so I would highly recommend it. There is a bar on the premises. There is also a dock to fish from the only down fall is there is a jet ski, kayak rental there and the jet ski's get in the way. There is a nice pool and spa and the grounds are well kept. There are hundreds of iguanas that make a mess but they do a pretty good job cleaning up after them. There are also Hammocks to relax in and watch the sunset.
