The hotel is located well within walking distance of the main attractions. The hotel was very impressive all around. It is a very well-run and well-maintained property. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable (loved the comfortable wingback chairs) and the bed was super comfortable. We really appreciated the in-suite laundry and the kitchenette. Although we didn't take advantage of the in-suite snacks and beverages I was impressed to see that the prices were quite reasonable in relation to other hotels we had stayed in.

BoG is close to town (5 mins to first cafe) and all the things you'd hope for in a hotel. Clean, tidy, room was well thought out and provides everything you need. Reception staff were super helpful.
Love the heated floor in the bathroom!

2 night stay at this fabulous hotel. They have thought of everything you need and want in a hotel. Clean spacious, fully equipped kitchen along with washing machine/dryer. Immaculate. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for two nights and it was the best motel in our whole trip! Immaculately clean and very stylish decor. There were some really nice touches such as molten brown toiletries in the bathroom very reasonable mini bar. We would definitely recommend this place!

Stayed this week when my daughter and I were visiting to check out the Uni for next year. Think I've found my new "Dunedin Favourite". Every little detail thought of. Lovely linen, nice china and glasses. Everything to a very high standard. Nice and light with a nice elevated outlook. My daughter was delighted that the pillow slips were embroidered with her initials, ha ha!!! Will definitely return.
