When it comes to exceptional service... The Waldorf Astoria Resorts and Hotels surpass even the most exquist and refined tastes. This I can confidently assure each and everyone of you reading this and I have had the pleasure of staying at the Waldorf from the icon New York location to the wonderful El Conquistador in Puerto Rico to the magnificent Boca Raton Resort and Club. To feel this appreciated is a thing of beauty and brilliance!
Boca is actually two resorts for your leisurely pleasure in one! The beach club and main historic property of the founder of Boca Raton, Mr. Mizner. Whether you seek chic and modern sophistication or old world class and charm this is a gem in Boca you simply can not afford to miss. 7 restraunts. 18+ holes of championship golf, half dozen pools, and huge welcoming beach front, and spa.
On a personal note, we had arguably some of the best hotel service of any Waldorf I've had the privilege of visiting with, on our last visit, with a gentleman named Apollos. I understand he is one of the beach club pool GMs and rightfully so. He was outstanding in accommodating some of our really special requests and without his attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine kindness our stay would not have been as fabulous as it was. Kudos, Hilton and Waldorf. As a small business owner in South Florida, if I could have a dozen Apollos on staff, I would in a heartbeat. I'd recommend him for immediate promotion within the Hilton family 110%.
I'll try to post some visuals with my review from both hotels. We've stayed in the beach club ocean view, the tower over looking the city, the newly renovated Cloister, the yatch club (a personal favorite), and the infamous Governor Suite. All fantastic. Thanks again to the entire team at Boca Raton. You all are appreciated more than you know and the resort certainly reigns as our favorite Hilton property from New York to Puerto Rico.
Insider tip: Gabe at Bar Luna is a terrific young man and they are super lucky to have him. He knows cocktails. Ask for him by name! -RL

Stayed here for 5 nights in November for a conference (4 for business 1 for personal travel). Loved this hotel! It's large with lots of great restaurants. The beach club is top notch. Would definitely stay here again!

A Plan "B" Wedding with A+ results.
Without hesitation I'd like to acknowledge the impeccable service we received from Boca Beach Club and Resort's Ms. Alison Preiss in coordinating our daughter and son-in-law's recent wedding.
Scheduled for the Florida Keys, hurricane damage caused our original plans to be cancelled. My wife and I are confident that “Plan B” at Boca Beach Club and Resort exceeded that which was originally planned. The fact that Ms. Preiss accommodated our needs on short notice in such an efficient, professional yet highly personal manner speaks volumes. My wife and I cannot thank her enough for creating a stress free and very memorable event. There was absolutely no detail that she left to chance.
Our guest list numbered thirty one, eleven of whom were under the age of 12. Boca Beach Club amenities and activities kept them content, contained and entertained for four full days which was no small accomplishment.

I enjoyed three nights at the Boca Beach Club and can't say enough about the wonderful service I received from every single member of their staff I encountered. I was in town for a conference at the Boca resort and while their water taxi wasn't running their shuttle to the resort was literally constantly running and I never waited more than three minutes for one. I enjoyed room service one night and other nights ate at the hotel restaurants or out and thought all the food I had was top notch with the highlight being pretty much any pastry/baked good. (I won't lie, I had a chocolate chip cookie every single day from room service.) My room was on the top floor with an amazing pool/beach view and when I returned each night, it basically sparkled it was so clean. One of my coworkers noted that housekeeping was cleaning the room next to hers for hours. They are very thorough. While this hotel doesn't have the history of the Boca Resort, It's more updated and obviously has the plus of the ocean, but you shouldn't stay here without shuttling over to the resort and experiencing the beauty and majesty of the hotel Addison Mizner created over ninety years ago now.

This resort is one of the best places that I've ever stayed at. From the service to the hospitality to the amenities to the ambience, it never disappointed. My family had a great time and there's something for everyone to enjoy. The food was impeccable from quality to the presentation... and the rooms, although a bit small, are perfectly appointed with gorgeous views.
