Hotel is beautiful. Tower is great. Heard older parts of the hotel dated and ventilation not very well. Restaurants excellent. Lucca was wonderful and Blue has the most amazing view. Drinks very pricey along with Food. Staff is amazing.

We stayed here for four days whilst attending a family wedding. We were aware that we were in for an expensive stay from the room cost, but when we arrived we found that was the tip of the iceberg. To park the car was $40 per day, to belong to the Resort Club was $30 per day and was compulsory. A full American breakfast was $35. Arriving fairly late on our first night, we had, between us 5 glasses of wine and a very small pizza, which set us back $95 and so it went on. We had to complain twice to get our room cleaned. It was just a joke. On the Resort Club Beach, it cost $31 to hire a sun shade. I could go on, but I’ll stop as I am still getting annoyed just writing about it

I stay at the Boca Raton Resort every year (for seven years) for a conference, and while the resort buildings and environs have always been elegant, the service had been pleasant but not distinguished. This year was different: there was an overall emphasis by the staff on personalized and friendly service. Two examples: Anastasia anticipated that a party was going to be disruptive to my room next door, and thoughtfully reserved, on her own initiative, an alternative room for me that was in fact both better and quiet--which saved me from a sleepless night before speaking to an audience. And having left my laptop charger behind during the room switch, Lyndsey tracked it down and had it delivered to my room. It was the quality of followup that really stood out--it's not hard to mimic superficial pleasantries, but in each of these cases, staff had to sustain attention to and follow up on something I needed. I travel a fair amount on business, I rarely if ever encounter this level of service.

I can only say positive things about this property and my stay. From the security guard at the gates entrance to the property to the last valet who brought my rental car when I left, everyone was helpful, friendly and professional. The property is beautiful, my room was clean and modern and all of the food venues were perfect. I highly recommend this resort.

Very relaxing and enjoyable. Help is extremely friendly. Breakfast is amazing and all of our food and drinks were perfect and very good. The view from our room was just beautiful. Can't wait to return
