We have chosen this hotel for a birtjday celebration and we had a great choice!!! Upon arrival we were accommodated in a Juniour Suite room with increadible view over the hills and a lake....we were in a paradise. I could stay on the balcony watching this beauty all day long.
Breakfast was pretty good. The hotel has an on-site restaurant - I would recommend it for special occasions or a romantic dinner.
There are other restaurant nearby (around 20 min on food), but as it gets really dark it is better to drive there.
Spa is very small but nice. I liked the pool and I am sure that the outside pool is a gem in summer (it was ice cold in September).
This hotel has a great personnel - Chiara and Vanessa are outstanding! Thank you for a hospitality!

My wife and I have just returned from an idyllic week at the Boffenigo, partly due to perfect weather but mainly due to the charm, kindness and efficiency of the staff. This hotel bills itself as 'small and beautiful' and it is truly both. With just 75, beautifully appointed, rooms on a quiet hillside overlooking Lake Garda, this is the perfect hotel for anybody seeking tranquillity in an old-world, elegant setting reminiscent of La Dolce Vita. The rooms, and public spaces, are spacious and kept impeccably clean. The bathrooms are functional rather than spacious but kept constantly supplied with quality toiletries and towels. The food, especially in the main restaurant, is well prepared and presented, and the service is obligeing and efficient. Outside the hotel the main outside pool is large, and user-friendly, and the inside pool, adjacent to the fully equipped spa, is also larger than usual.
From the moment you enter the hotel you feel welcome and you know you have arrived somewhere special. The reception staff, Chiara, Vanessa, Alessia and Fabiana are always at pains to ask if you are happy, and ready to meet your every need if you are not. And they set the tone of the hotel, which is echoed by Guiseppe and his staff, in particular Gisele, in the dining room, and Alun who caters speedily and amiably to the needs of guests wanting a cooked breakfast. But the icing on this 'small and beautiful' cake is its value for money. In a more sophisticated setting this hotel would probably cost twice as much. But this hotel is special and, in our opinion, well worthy of five stars.

This is probably one of the best hotel I ve visited in Italy.
Warm welcome, clean modern room, nice garden with pool and stunning view, and a superb breakfast.
Furthermore what impressed me the most is the level of professionism and courtesy of all the staff. I noticed it in many little details while they were serving me or the people around me.
So I ll be back for sure !

In the family suite room
The hotel is charming, the room is beautiful and very suitable for the family, the staff is very nice and helpful in recommending places and restaurants
The staff and management human relations are excellent
A pleasant and family atmospheret
The hotel is situated on a hillside with stunning views of Lake Garda
The location of the hotel is excellent and close to the sites and Verona
The only disadvantage was that in the family room there was no view from the room to the lake
We will definitely return
And we highly recommend those who are looking for a vacation and quality accommodation, beautiful, pleasant and at a high level of service and quality

We spent a couple of very nice days in the Boffenigo Hotel. Great room for a family (except the view into the bathroom), very nice breakfast and pool area. Great view over the lake Garda.
If some of the staff would be a bit friendlier, it could be one of the best hotels.
