Great value for money

Everything was great. Location, free breakfast, size of and facilities in room, free Wi-Fi. Price. Christian on reception was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Kitchenette in room was so useful and helped keep our expenses down. Easy walk to Tesco's. Couldn't be any closer to Earls Court tube station. So easy to access Heathrow Airport and Victoria Coach Station. Would happily stay here every time I'm in London.
Never Again

We stayed in the Boka for our entire 4 day trip in London, and I don't think I've ever slept worse. The first night there was obviously a party going on the in the room next door in the middle of the night, and then the next three nights the person in the room above us decided to rearrange their bedroom at 11 o'clock at night. When I called down to the front desk they laughed at me and told me that quiet hours don't start until MIDNIGHT so he couldn't do anything. MIDNIGHT?!?! The beds were super uncomfortable, and there is no fan or shower curtain in the bathroom so water goes everywhere. The facet in the shower was broken so every time you would go to turn the hot water up or down the handle would burn you. The breakfast was bland but not awful, and the hotel is super close to the Earl's Court Station but the amount of money you spend to get back and forth from central London you're better off getting a nicer hotel closer to all the main stuff you want to see.

I was impressed by the very large rooms. With the 2 singles and a double in most rooms they are very suitable for couples and families. THe rooms were clean and tidy, and was very good value for money. The staff were excellent and very flexible. Because of the size of the rooms we decided to share instead of occupying 2 rooms and this was done at no cost to us.
We had a room next to the lift which was a quite loud when other guests were coming in late at night, but in general it was very quiet.
I've been in a lot worse in this area!
NICE TWO WEEK STAY

this is not a five star hotel, it is a nice quirky hotel, with friendly helpful employees, and a part time resident cat in the lobby.. this is the second year in a row i have stayed here, and they remembered me when i checked in[i was there 11 nights]. the location is halfway between earl's court tube station and west brompton station, a block or so to each. you can take the picadilly line from heathrow to earl's court, and TAKE THE WARWICK RD EXIT. to get to the hotel. the people who work for the underground can and will answer most any question you have. anyway they have a nice full english breakfast, which you can adjust a bit to your liking. overall it is a nice quiet hotel, but can be a bit noisy, if you get the wrong people next to you. small kitchen in my room, not sure if they are in all? the rooms are not as big as we expect in the states, but adequate for a bargain hotel. do your research and you can save money, i've booked through agoda and hotels.com, or search prices and call direct. contact me, as i will be happy to give you any info i can.

We really enjoyed this hotel, quaint and charming. Everything we needed, front desk was wonderful. Especially Christian and Spencer always friendly and helpful. Very close to the tube station, safe little neighborhood. Tesco and restaurants just around the corner.
