I've just returned after 4 days here to attend a wedding nearby. Very attractive in style very typical. My room was somewhat dark and a little dingy- windows could do with a clean. Spa was lovely - warm indoor pool and a lovely big outdoor pool. Had super massage. Food in restaurant was delicious- but portions very "nouvelley" and too small! There was one chap who worked tirelessly in the bar, the restaurant and was very pleasant - but generally bar and restaurant understaffed and a little haphazard!!! All in all a nice place to be but loses out a little in a few areas. Avoid dark rooms on lower ground floor i.e. Near 34!

Delicious food, beautiful spa and a good place to relax! The rooms are very clean and large. The restaurant works with food of the region. The staff is very kind and helpful! The spa is just wonderful: swimming pool in/outside, sauna,..

If you're thinking of booking, just do it. It's exactly what you think it's going to be. Great location, homey rooms, comfortable bed, well-managed, with thoughtful touches throughout. I would definitely recommend Borgo Lanciano!

I unfortunately can't comment on the rooms as I only visited for lunch but, if our lunch was any representation of Borgo Lanciano hotel experience then I'd be very pleased. We had a three course lunch at Borgo Lanciano and the food was meticulously presented and tasted so fresh. The chef even offered some of his own personal creations off the menu... It made us feel very special. Service and staff are excellent!!!

Terrific landscape around. Quiet place. The rooms are fantastically spacious. Nice welcoming staff. Fine food and wince selection. Enjoyed fresh clean air. The only problem was did not find any English channels on TV. Not a big deal at all, most of the day spent off the room. Did not bother me much.
