This is the most avant garde, fashion-minded hotel in all of Milano! The decor and furnishings of this Autograph collection, designer hotel makes it a statement, more than a location. From the spaceship-style spa and pool, to the post-modern lobby and furnishings all around this hotel - the rooms are like walking into a runway photo-shoot, and the staff treatment isn't half-bad for such a fashionable place! Our new favorite in Milan!

The Hotel is situated on a narrow road. Our tourist bus took us to the hotel front door for us to disembark. The Hotel authorities told the bus driver he cannot stop as it will attract a fine from Police for disrupting the traffic. Bus driver moved on and dropped us on the next road.It was too far to walk with baggage and too close for taxi to accept us. We went to Hotel front desk to provide us with a transport which they didnt have. We asked for a luggage cart which they refused as it was not allowed. They were not helpful at all. I did 2-3 trips to bring my luggage. As we were in a big group of 30-40 people there were only 2 people at the front desk to check us in. It took another hour and a half to get our room. However the Deluxe room was quite spacious and comfortable.

We stayed in two rooms during a quick stay in Milan. Hotel is conveniently located near the main shopping drag, the Duomo, and a number of metro/subway stops. The rooms were sizable and furnished in that white-leather-chrome hyper-designed way. Beds were comfortable, room was well-appointed, and toiletries smelled nice.
Service was top-notch. The front desk was super friendly and accommodating -- they seemed to have had a rotating staff as we hardly met the same person twice but service was still consistently good. Doormen and housekeeping were also helpful.

I had booked with my two daughters, paid double the price of other hotels in the area for the pool access that we had no permission to access due to the new Policy “not allowed for kids under 18” !! Whatever .... we were not informed . Be careful !
Staff was rude ,
G7 summit was held there and also we were not informed , so we had to be checked every time we had to come in back to the hotel....... imagine that with shopping bags etc..... literally 15 minutes . The room I had booked in for my two daughters 12 and 9 had a crib and not an extra bed etc...... the lady at the reception even wanted to insist it was a bed!!! I can go on and on ......
last but note least , we were offered dinner for compensation of which we have excepted in the afternoon and then it was canceled just like that and were compensated with a Lindt chocolate bag .........cheap very cheap staff! I will never come close to this chain of hotels again.

Boscolo Milano is in the middle of everything. You can walk to the Duomo, Galleria or La Scala in just a few minutes. The hotel is very nice. The rooftop bar is excellent. The folks at the concierge desk are simply fantastic. We had a wonderful stay at the Boscolo and will likely return again.
