Major refurb happening in rooms. Do not expect to sleep between 0630-1600 hours minimum
The refurb of rooms I have viewed and impractical and very old style. Lounges on sides of room rather than within talking or tv distance. Small old non updated balconies.

Friendly staff putting up with disruption for little purpose
The rule- you pay for a room and facilities you are eligible for. If you cannot use room when you want, tennis courts closed until after builders leave, swimming pool and spa I wouldn't use, etc. Huge list
Movie channel is poor due to quality of continual freezing. Asked to have this fixed and advised we had to fix the tv with the repairman over phone first. Isn't this the responsibility of the apartment management?
Seriously heaps of competition with new apartments, brilliant modern facilities, big balconies, better views at same price

My husband and I spent a couple of days in Gold Coast for an exhibition. We need to a couple of rooms and didnt want to spent much money as we live close to the water, and didn't feel like we needed to spend money for a view. However, The Boulevard North Holiday Apartments were one of the most affordable and also right on the beach!! When we arrived, we were absolutely gobsmacked!! We had panoramic views of the ocean reaching from the beautiful hinterland across to the coastline. It was magnificent. The service was great and help was only a phone call away. Tennis coart, sauna, pool - these self service apartments were equipped for any visitor. Literally across from the beach. The apartment had EVERYTHING! Dishwasher, kitchen, dining room, lounge room, laundry and multiple bathrooms. If you are ever wondering where to stay for your trip on the Gold Coast - Stay here!!! We will be.

We had a 5 night stay at this apartment. We arrived on a public holiday when the reception was closed. Very easy instructions to get our key and park the car in the secure parking. Stayed on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, also had views of the hinterland. Apartment was recently refurbished and could not have asked for better. Position was central to Surfers Paradise and Pacific Fair. So impressed we rebooked for next year.

Lovely apartments , terrific spot with lovely ocean views . Manager ( Derek ) was incredibly friendly and helpful ..
Will definitely return soon ,highly recommended place to stay in Broadbeach. Nice pool and hot spa !

We booked the penthouse. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms excellent kitchen lounge etc and separate laundry. Tjis is an older building and the apartment is possibly ready for a makeover but it eas tidy and we were certainly not dissappointed.
The managers were friendly and helpful.
The location was perfect for us with views up and down the coast.
We would certainly recommend and return.
