The hotel is new, clean and on a very noisy road within good noise proof windows. The staff is very nice helpful and polite. The room is cean, our room was superiour and quite large and comfortable. Bathroom is very practical.
The only thing I really hated was the bed cover. It is a fluffy blanket with unfitted bed sheets slaller then the blanket which move one side to another abd there is no way that your feet won't touch that fluffy bkanket which leans if they are not washed between the clients many feet touch......never seen a hotel with a bed sheet slaller then the blanket. I think hygenic wuse a duvet cover woukd be a very responsable solution...... No plug next to the bed, neither table side where you can charge your phones or laptop. You have to put them on the floor.....
Very central place not far from restaurants and shops.

It was chosen for it's proximity to the office, the hotel is basic but clean and comfortable.
I certainly wouldn't use it for a family break, but for somewhere to sleep and work it is ideal.
The staff are very helpful, although my room had been confirmed by my company and by the booking agent the hotel had no record of the booking. Still,I got a room and wasn't charged a deposit or extra and the problem was finally sorted out. You wouldn't get that type of service in a major hotel chain. (I was also granted a late check out.)
The facilities are sparse, but if you check it out online it tells you all you need to know.
The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. It has balcony access but it's noisy on the balcony due to the highway and the continual use of horns by lebanese drivers... Because leaning on the horn for 5 mins fixes traffic jams!!!
There is no complimentary water in the room, which is a bit crap. But you can buy it in the mini bar... Or buy a case for the same price as a bottle from the mini bar 100m down the road.
internet access is free and is acceptable for most business use.
Breakfast is a bit hit and miss but not awful.
There are many restaurants and shops within a short walking distance, beware though drivers don't respect pedestrians.
Allow 1 hour travel time during busy traffic periods to the airport though.

The hotel has a normal price and it is generaly renewed. The rooms are nice, clean...you have a flat tv, good wi-fi coverage, and very friendly staff. The breakfast is every day the same, so if you stay for a couple of days you will get very bored by the food which they serve for breakfast.
There is also no option for a room service in the evening ( or thru the day )...just some snacks...the mini bar is also in the room and a safe...
All together - worth the money!!!

Stayed at the lovely hotel for a couple of nights during a short trip to Lebanon. Located about 25 minutes from the airport (no traffic!) It's a little away from the marina and city centre.
The rooms are good size, fresh, and clean, with a well equipped bathroom. WiFi is provided free of charge, and is per device.
Breakfast was a simple affair, with local food choices, juice, fruit etc.
The nice reception team sorted out a taxi to the airport for me, adding the cost to my hotel bill with a very small markup, much appreciated as the taxi drivers aren't accepting credit cards.
Well worth considering staying at the Boutique Hotel!

This hotel is a few miles from the center of Beirut but it is in a great location for my business! A couple blocks off the Mediterranean you have great views but even though on a busy thoroughfare, the room was really quite. The morning breakfast was a combination of American, European & Middle Eastern.
