This lovely hotel is well positioned for most attractions in the city and well connected with the fantastic metro system. The standard room that we had initially booked was too cramped and we asked to be moved to a bigger room the following day. That was much bigger and we had a very comfortable stay. Nice shower facility

The good points about this hotel are it's location. It is on the street off Nevsky Ave just opposite Zara. It is really close to the Hermitage and church of the spilled blood. There are loads of restaurants within 5 mins walk.Try pizza 22cm or Kriek. The hotel itself left a lot to be desired .We had blood on the cover on the bed and reported it to 2 different people. Nothing was done so I took it down to reception. The next day it was back on the bed still unwashed. There was very little storage although there is a safe in the room. The final straw was the boiler broke on the last morning so we had no hot water or heating. The bigger bedrooms at the back looked better. If you are already booked I would suggest getting a bigger room.If you have not booked choose this area but a different hotel. The beeakfast was ok.Tepid buffet but breads,fruits and meat.

The location on this hotel does no disappoint. Room was spotless though we had their smallest room it seems. The staff is friendly and the breakfast has a good selection and great coffee machines. On the weekend only it seems you can enjoy a glass of champagne and orange Juice as well.

The triangle is beautifully situated 10 minutes from most of the main attractions and just round the corner from Nevsky Prospect. The reception staff went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming and the hotel was smartly decorated and very comfortable. My single room was small but very well laid-out and I enjoyed the calm atmosphere. The hotel provided a free breakfast buffet which offered a vast choice, free wi-fi and plenty of information. I thought this hotel offered outstanding value for money in a modern, unfussy style.

i was overwhelmed by finding this treasure within walking distance of dazzling sites - the hermitage, church of spilt blood, faberge and the grave site of russia's most famous writers and composers! as a single, peppy older guest, i was made most welcome during my five day stay! my room was cheerful and clean ... and i appreciated the added amenity of a bathrobe and slippers; i enjoyed my view of the quiet boulevard and the occasional evening musical local entertainment - it was a relaxing bonus after site seeing! my biggest thanks goes to the receptionists, staff and the wonderful concierge who organized my day trips and took the time to give me a farewell hug when i tearful left this wonderful hotel and city
