The hotel is located in a very convenient location. It is in between the business district and the government office area. There are a few restaurants, shopping malls, and supermarkets nearby at affordable prices. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Wifi is free. Currency exchange is available at the front desk. Rooms are clean but a bit old-fashioned. Breakfast starts at 6:30 and has a small selection of savory and sweet options. Taxi service is available upon request.

Stayed for one night but I was really impressed with the service and the cleanest of the place. Located on Sarasota Ave. A very busy Street but really accesible. Breakfast is included a is really good

About your business, I don’t think I will stay anywhere else in Santo Domingo. You feel very safe and they help you anyway they can!

W&P was a great find. the reviews where spot on! the folk at the reception and on premises were good as well, very attentive. the only issue was locating food late at night around this area. nothing is open past 11pm not even the Hotel kitchen. beyond that all was great. But, beware of using tripadvisor!! I used them and when looking for the hotel the trip advisor site said that breakfast was free and included with the stay. Well i booked the hotel, but tripadvisor sent me to booking.com. problem was that booking.com reservation didnt include the free breakfast??? classic bait and switch! next time just look for the hotelyou like and call them directly to book.

The hotel is located in an area with easy access to everything else in the city. The rooms are clean, the breakfast which is included (if selected when booking) had good variety and very good. We will definitely book with WP every-time we come to Santo Domingo.
