I was VERY disappointed from the time I walked in the door. The gentleman that greeted me (and I’m using that term lightly) was indifferent at best. He provided no information until I asked for it, i.e. if I parked in your lot would I need a permit as was indicated on the sign. He was the same person on staff when I departed and I had to hunt him down in the office where he was talking to another staff member.
The room was absolutely filthy and unkempt. I had to wash my feet after being there for an hour and wear flip flips the rest of the time because the floor was so dirty. The kitchenette was old and dirty looking. The toilet actually rocked each time I sat down. The sink faucet handles weren’t secured properly and were turned on backwards, so it felt that I was tearing the water line out each time I turned on the cold water. The bath tub had been resurfaced and was actually peeling and rusting and when I turned on the water a glob of hair came out from under one of the peeling pieces. It was absolutely disgusting and I felt like I needed to wear flip flops in the shower as well.
I could never get the clock reset, which was still on pre-daylight standard time.
And the last straw was the same staff member from the night before that I had to hunt down in the office, where he was talking to another staff member, in order to check out and get a final bill.
The staff is unprofessional and the hotel is filthy. They should be ashamed to charge the prices that they do.

Spacious room, tiny bathroom. Close to beach. THey charge a $200 deposit upon check. in . Park on street for free after 5pm or pay $10 in their tiny lost. Did not eat at restaurant but hotel is closely located to alot of nice areas.

While the Bradley Park Hotel is not a full service hotel.....the staff is always accommodating......the rooms are very comfortable and location on the Island of Palm Beach is perfect. It has a restaurant open for lunch and dinner right next door......and you can get breakfast a number of different places a block or two away. It is the best "value for money" place to stay on the Island.

Being that it is the off season in Palm beach, the hotel had a great price and classic atmosphere, the room was clean, bed comfy, bathroom small but period correct with newer fixtures. The courtyard is awesome and the attach Italian eatery, Trevini was fantastic, there is also a gourmet grocery that unfortunately was closed but looked very interesting as I window shopped. A definite must for those who like those good old places that still exist. A classic hotel doesn't have to have a pool and "free breakfast" to keep up with the chains...charm still wins in my book!

this is a 1920' former residential building converted to a suites hotel with kitchenettes - located right in Palm Beach - one block to shops and restaurants and two blocks to the beach - one block to bike rental - across the street from a Publix - great little get away
