Rooms have all the necessary arrangements, They are renovating so you have to face some issues but as soon as you mention at the desk, they will get it fixed for you, which is considerable. So, overall it was a good stay.

It was dirty Bathroom cabinet lower part looks like it was not cleaned in a long time. There were soap scum streaks on inside of the lower doors. Needed a good overall cleaning. The kitchen cabinets were full of grease and gunk. There was no bowls,pans and very limited utensils normally found in a kitchen.There were 2 plates, 2 knives and 2 spoons no bowls one dull butcher knife no can opener no frying pan. Refer did not work right froze celery and carrots in bottom compartment. Hard to prepare meals when there is nothing to cook in. No dish towels or wash cloth we asked for some and they finally brought a bathroom towel. Most of the lamps did not have bulbs in them and the TV stations were screwed up and the is no guide. Sheets did not fit the bed. Went to do laundry both washers were broke Window hard something on it and sills were filthy. I am not a neat freak but I would never allow my place to get this bad. If I had not paid for a week in advance I would have looked for another place..

We stayed here just because it was the cheapest that we could find and close enough for us to take the light rail to the Mall it was very clean though. The A/C worked great. I was kinda worried at first but it turned out to be okay

Rooms:
Rooms are so filthy and dirty, this was my first and last visit ever to this place.
Beds are so old spring mattresses. Simply not worth staying.
Staff:
Manager was so Rude, Talking to customer like she is a drill sergeant.
other Staff in Evening shift does not even acknowledge you if you are there or not, No hello , hi , no greeting.

The room was booked for me by my employers and it must of been because it was so cheap. Very basic and old appliances. The bathroom needs a paint job, soon! The sofa 'bed' was very uncomfortable. And the very unwelcoming screens at reception was an instant bad first impression. I would never book a room here myself.
