This place is like an apartment with not the most modern rooms. There was no air-conditioner in the rooms making it really warm and humid at nights. The ironing board and iron were quite old and not even serviced. I wouldn't personally stay here unless there's absolutely no other hotel to stay at.

The experience for our party of 4 in a two bedroom apartment was adequate and met our expectations, but wasn't fantastic. Breakfree was a great option for us given the location and availability of other options at the time, so we weren't unhappy with our decision to stay there. The experience was also fine for what was a very reasonable cost. The rooms were big enough and the apartment was light and clean, and it was kept at a good comfortable temperature. Our particular apartment had a pretty awkward layout and no balcony. The service was good and the people at reception were helpful and friendly. The couple of standout negatives were the uncomfortable mattresses and the way that noise carried easily over to my particular room from the next door apartment.

Found it difficult to enter the foyer prior to having a key card. Reception was polite and efficient. Rooms were clean and fitted out with the basics. Overall an enjoyable experience. We would come again as a family.

While the location was great - furniture was tired and dirty - lounge suite in the lounge/sitting was worn and dirty. Bathroom shower needs attention. Bedside lights need fixing/replacing. More cooking equipment would be appreciated, as well a more than 4 sets of crockery would be good.

Great building and location. Not all costs were covered during booking, eg parking and credit card. Was surprised that I had a corporate booking, lucky I have a corporate entity to use.
The room on 14 floor after requesting an upper level- great. But the rooms were ultra sparsely furnished which then highlighted scuff marks, bed was cheap and not very supportive.
